Cribbage Boards on the Navy Boat

Monday, October 26th, 2009

Yo ho ho and a bottle of rum!  Well, that used to be the way that sailors spent their time off duty while on a boat for months at a time.  We all know that rum is not allowed on Navy vessels.  What is a sailor to do during his long offshore tours of duty?

You could go to Cribbage Supply and look over their huge selection of cribbage boards and order one that would make your sailor think of home, or at least take his mind off the fact that he is in the middle of the ocean with nothing to do but watch the waves go by.

American crafted, and American designed boards made specifically for the person who has absolutely everything they need, or for the person who has absolutely nothing to do.

To the sailor, after you’ve pulled your anchors, and the decks are all swabbed, after your commander gives you leave you have the advantage of pulling out your travel sized cribbage board and get some of your buddies to pull up a stool and play a game or two.

It is so important to keep your mind active, and there are only so many books you can read before your eyes go fuzzy.  When you’ve filled your head with words, then fill your heart with fun by joining others in a tournament.

When you get cribbage boards purchased from Cribbage Supply you are even helping your fallen comrades.  All proceeds from the sales of cribbage boards by Cribbage Supply go to help Disabled American Veterans.  Take care of gifting, mental acuity, boredom, US economy, and the veterans by ordering a cribbage board and playing today.
